For the past 20 years, Alan's commitment to how people learn and react under pressure has led him to develop a behavioral model that has been successfully applied to individuals, teams, and organizations in many fields of endeavor. His services have been retained by dozens of leading firms, including IBM, Sun Microsystems, Ford, NASA, Proctor & Gamble and the U.S. Navy.
Alan’s work has been featured in the Sunday Times, Edward de Bono’s book Tactics, and on the television program Business Matters. Recently, he was a contributor to the Drucker Foundation Book, Coaching for Leadership.
Alan first became interested in the science of coaching in the field of sport, where he has worked with Colin Montgomerie, Philip Price, Stephen Ames and many other Ryder Cup and PGA champions.
