This course is designed to provide sergeants and civilian supervisors and managers updates on
contemporary issues facing law enforcement today. This course will cover leadership skills and values, generational issues including generation shaping events and the impact new generations have on agencies and how to motivate the different generations in police work. This course will also cover conflict resolution and listening and counseling skills. The last piece is effectively coaching and supervising the various generations in the workplace.
