The Case Management Instructor Course is designed to train the ICI instructor in the standardized methods of case management. This course will provide the ICI instructor with the tools necessary to provide the ICI student with the skills and ability to effectively and efficiently manage their case load as a new or tenured investigator.

The interactive environment will provide the ICI instructor with greater understanding of case management and the required skills to put on learning activities for the ICI students during the case management block of instruction. Through these learning activities, the ICI instructor will gain a deeper understanding of the core anchors of case management and how they relate to each other.

Administrators and Investigations Supervisors are also encouraged to attend.
