POST Sexual Assault for Dispatchers

This course is designed for dispatchers and supervisors who are responsible for the receipt of sexual assault calls, the management of those calls, and the dispatch of first-responders. It provides up-to-date information to assist dispatchers in the safe and successful handling of sexual assault incidents.

  • The dynamics and affects of sexual assault
  • Interviewing victims
  • Communicating with victims
  • Dispatcher's role with the prosecution
  • Sexual assault response teams
