DIVERSITY FROM A MANAGEMENT PERSPECTIVE

This one day course will help participants to be more sensitive to the complexities involved with working with individuals from different cultures and other diverse backgrounds.

This course is designed for managers, supervisors and project leaders.

  • Reactions to change and their effects on the organization
  • Twelve common areas of misunderstanding when working in a diverse environment
  • Organizational and interpersonal barriers that interfere when working with diverse people
