Good leaders focus on tasks and processes. Great leaders focus on people,visions, and motivations that generate tasks and results.

This program is an exploration of Evolutionary Leadership; leadership that forms trust,loyalty, meaning, and fulfillment; leadership that empowers individuals,energizes organizations, and rewards all stakeholders. This experientialprogram will examine leadership aspects of self-awareness, relating toothers, work as a maturing force, and stewardship.

TOPICS WILL INCLUDE:
  • Philosophy and traits of servant leaders
  • Developing a personal mission statement
  • Changing conflict to collaboration through service
  • Developing non-violent communication
  • Using the ADAPT model to change behavior
  • Building a sense of community
